Shipping details

Processing time: once your payment has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. The processing of the order will then start. While we strive to process your order within 24 hours, this may take up to 1-3 business days.

Shipping: we offer free shipping on all orders! We currently ship to all countries. Shipping times may vary, depending on the destination country.

Estimated delivery: expect your Zenlume Vitality Mat to arrive within 5-12 business days, depending on which country you live. Some countries may have longer delivery times. If you have any questions, please email us at info@zenlume.com and we will help you out.

Tracking: once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number.

Can I return/exchange my order?

Yes. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a full refund, provided the item is in the same condition as when you received it. Simply contact us at info@zenlume.com to initiate the return process. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Do I have a guarantee on the mat?

Yes, you have a 60-day risk free trial period. This means that starting from the day you receive your order, you have 60 days to return your item for a refund, provided the item is in the same condition as when you received it.

Can I use my mat with a medical condition?

Do not use your mat if you have any of the following medical conditions:

  • Cardiovascular conditions
  • Neuropathy
  • Pregnancy (see other FAQ)
  • Thrombophlebitis
  • Significant skin damage in the area of use, including pronounced skin inflammation or large papilloma's
  • Epilepsy
  • Coagulation issues or if you are using anticoagulant medication
  • Fever or acute illness
