Cancellation policy
Please be aware that any changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we may be unable to accommodate your request as your order may have already entered the processing phase. If cancellation occurs within the specified timeframe, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a full refund, provided the item is in the same condition as when you received it. We offer free shipping on all orders but please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. To initiate a return, please contact our support team by filling out the form on our 'contact us' page or by sending us an email directly at info@zenlume.com. To help you faster, make sure you include your order number in the email, or the name and email address associated with the order. Your refund will be processed within 14 business days. If you choose to return your item, please note that you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with sending the item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and any original shipping fees incurred at the time of purchase will not be reimbursed.
Damaged items
We take care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@zenlume.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We will assess your claim and determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost.
Shipping and delivery

Incorrect shipping address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Failure to notify us of an incorrect address within 24 hours of placing your order may result in the forfeiture of a resend or refund.
