Please be aware that any changes or cancellations to your order must be made within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we may be unable to accommodate your request as your order may have already entered the processing phase. If cancellation occurs within the specified timeframe, we will process your refund within 14 business days.

If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the product for a full refund, provided the item is in the same condition as when you received it. We offer free shipping on all orders but please note that shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable. To help you faster, make sure you include your order number in the email, or the name and email address associated with the order. Your refund will be processed within 14 business days.

 

We take care in packaging our products to prevent damage during shipping. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing us at info@zenlume.com and include a clear photo of the damage. We will assess your claim and determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no additional cost.

 

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, including those caused by the courier, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. Should you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We regret that we cannot be held liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

 

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Failure to notify us of an incorrect address within 24 hours of placing your order may result in the forfeiture of a resend or refund.
